SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Rudy & Co delivers within the UAE, across the GCC and to selected international destinations.
UAE Delivery
Estimated delivery time: Next-day delivery
Standard UAE delivery is AED 25.
Free UAE delivery is available on orders of AED 200 or more.
Next-day delivery may depend on the time the order is placed, product availability, delivery location, public holidays and courier operating schedules.
GCC Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days
Standard GCC delivery is AED 80.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier operations and any customs or border procedures that may apply.
International Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 7–10 working days
Standard international delivery is AED 125.
Free international delivery is available on orders of AED 500 or more.
International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance in the destination country, local authorities, courier delays, public holidays, weather, border procedures or other circumstances outside Rudy & Co’s reasonable control.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Rudy & Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or other destination-country requirements.

Current shipping charges are:
- UAE: AED 25
- GCC: AED 80
- International: AED 125
- Free UAE delivery on orders of AED 200+
- Free international delivery on orders of AED 500+

Delivery Details
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details may affect the estimated delivery time.
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier’s operating procedures.
Delivery Estimates
All delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. We will always aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, but circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally cause delays.
